R F Peters was formed in 1965 by Richard (Dick) Peters. Richard, a plumber, started as a one-man-band, until in 1973 he found he had so much work he decided to take on two more plumbers. In 1985 his twin sons, John and Bradley joined the firm after serving there apprentiships in plumbing. 4 years after the sons joined the firm, R F Peters became R F Peters & Sons. The main business is the design - supply - and fitting of quality bathrooms, although they are also general Plumbing and Heating engineers.

The firm will work with the client to design and fit a selected range of quality bathrooms. They will see the job through from the start to the finish. This includes the removal of the old fitments - The fitting of the new bathroom - the electrics - plumbing - painting - tiling - floor laying and anything else that needs doing including the removal of all rubbish. The People

R F Peters & Sons employs only the best tradsmen. There are 6 plumbers and 3 apprentices - all are members of "The Institute of Plumbing" and "The Guild of Master Craftsmen" The other trades - ie carpenters - electricians - etc are all subcontract but all have been working with the firm since the early days and all are top people in there trades. Each trade guarentees there work for 2 years and this is underwritten by the firm.
